Redeem Points for a RewardGo to the Fridays Rewards website and log in to your account. Check your account overview to ensure you have enough points to redeem rewards. -

Redeem Points for a RewardClick on "Get Rewards" option on the left-hand menu to see the available rewards. -

Redeem Points for a RewardChoose the reward you want and select the quantity. Click "Continue" to proceed with redeeming the reward. -

Redeem Points for a RewardConfirm the purchase of the selected reward. -
Step 5
Redeem Points for a RewardA popup will appear to confirm you have successfully purchased a reward in addition to an email sent to the email address on file.
Note: A coupon code will be presented on this screen that you can copy if you are going to immediately use the reward.

Using a Reward on an online orderGo to the Fridays Rewards website and log in to your account. Go to the "My Rewards" tab. -

Using a Reward on an online orderTo use your coupon code for the redeemed reward, copy the code and navigate to the "Order Online" section of the website to start your order. -

Using a Reward on an online orderOn the Checkout page, paste the copied coupon code into the “Coupon Code” field and click "Apply." -
Step 4
Using a Reward on an online orderIf the reward was applied correctly, you will receive a green confirmation box that confirms the coupon code has been applied. If the reward does not apply to the items in your cart, you will receive an error message. -
Step 5
Using a Reward on an online orderIf the reward was applied successfully, you will see an updated order total with the discounted amount reflected in the price.

Locate Redemption CodeLocate the 10-digit alphanumeric Redemption Code on your paper receipt for a recent in-store purchase. -

Submit Redemption CodeGo to the Fridays Rewards website and log in to your account. Go to the "Redeem Past Orders" tab and enter the 10-digit alphanumeric Redemption Code in the dialogue box and click "Submit".
